Welcome to Good Move Studios ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website https://goodmovestudios.com or registering for any of our classes, workshops, or events ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Services

Good Move Studios operates a creative and movement space located in Koramangala, Bangalore, offering dance, art, and wellness programs for adults and children.

3. Registration & Eligibility

Participants must register online or in person before attending any class or event. Parents or guardians must complete registration for participants under 18 years of age.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments for our Services are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. You may be redirected to Razorpay's payment page, which is governed by Razorpay's own privacy and security policies. We do not store or process your credit/debit card or banking details.

5. Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to respect instructors, fellow students, and studio property. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or event without refund.

6. Health & Safety

Participation in dance, movement, and art programs involves physical activity. You confirm that you (or your child) are medically fit to participate.

7. Photo & Video Consent

By attending our classes or events, you grant Good Move Studios the right to photograph or record participants (including minors, with parental consent) for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and studio materials belong to Good Move Studios.

9. Limitation of Liability

Good Move Studios is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during participation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka.
